Stair Cleaning Using Laser Blasting

The dreaded rusty stairways...an integral part of the resident experience, a detriment for curb appeal, and most importantly a safety hazard. It’s not just a cosmetic eye sore, it could lead to serious structural problems and much heftier expenses later.

The traditional route is to sand blast. A costly and messy endeavor that involves significant prep work and clean up. Requiring thousands of pounds of costly media to be blasted at dangerous velocity, the process can be potentially dangerous to residents.

Our solution - laser blasting! No hazardous and costly material required and can be safely contained with minimal resident impact and significantly more cost effective. With laser blasting we are able to get a more precise clean than traditional methods and save time in the process.
