Jessica Merrill
Jessica hails from Chattanooga but is often guilty of calling Chicago home. She holds a master's in literary theory simply for the joy of it. Jessica is the operational backbone of Mira - she oversees bidding, scheduling, resident impact, client relations, and is always ready to help properties put out their fires before they start. Jessica loves backpacking, reading, gardening, lifting, and babying her rottweiler.

Tony Mira
Tony is a native Nashvillian who has been managing businesses for over fifteen years. Tony is the onsite face of Mira - he oversees the crews, manages jobsite safety, and is always ready to solve onsite problems. He is the first call for maintenance and facilities operators for problems big and small. Tony loves restoring heavy equipment, saltwater fishing, and moving around heavy weights in the gym.

Administrative DirectorAmber Fowler
Amber originates from the swamps of South Florida. She made her way to Nashville via promotions as a procurement coordinator for a major retail group where she worked for over ten years. Amber is the administrative muscle of Mira - she oversees estimating, reporting, compliance, web presence and is always there to ensure Mira's great field service translates to behind the scenes organization. She became IICRC certified for Water Damage Restoration in early 2026. Amber loves sipping matcha, hiking, trinket collecting and road trips with her husband Luke and their rescue Artemis.
